tailored to your needs. the session starts with a brief consultation followed by 45 minutes hands on treatment.
At the end of the session, we will talk over what came up during the session as well as some after care advice.

20 minute taster session
ideal for someone who is unsure if they will like reflexology and want to try it out. It is also a great choice for someone who wants a quick session targeted at relaxation.
please note this session is only for relaxation purposes so will not be used to treat specific ailments.

If you require a longer session, 20 additional minutes can be added to sessions for an additional charge of £15.
